American Medical Services - Voorhees, NJ
Web/Graphic Designer (November 2003 – February 2006)

• Designed several medical web sites and the forms on the sites.
• Developed, with a programmer, a call center appointment-setting web site that is database driven. The site takes patient's insurance info, and can schedule appointments for 9 doctors in 10 different offices. The appointments are then automatically e-faxed to the appropriate offices.
• Exhibited a physician online directory at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists conference in Washington, DC, 2004. -Designed posters, forms, booklets and magnets for the display table
• Worked with a translator to translate some of the sites in Spanish and Portuguese
• Created and printed brochures, business cards, magnets, appointment cards, posters, and booklets using Quark Xpress, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Helped co-workers with software and hardware problems, setup new computers and email accounts, and perform weekly back-ups of the company network.
